Protecting Roar Pursuits Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (including GDPR) +

Welcome to our shiny Privacy Policy - to let you know we are complying to GDPR laws in the UK and Europe.  When it comes to visiting our site here's what you need to know.

TYPE OF DATA WE COLLECT:

Cookies

We do not collect cookies – so if you’re the cookie monster, nothing for you, sorry.

Google Analytics

When someone visits tailoredmedia.co.uk we use a third party service (which we think is brilliant) Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site - it helps us improve our work and understand how best to serve our visitors and make their experience better. This information is only processed in a way, which does not identify anyone - it is anonymous and harmless. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We work with Google partner agencies who are tied into strict contracts with us as well (who also comply to GDPR regulations).

Storing information and Third Parties

As a solid rule, we do not share any collected personal data with third parties online or on paper. If you contact us via our contact form or directly via an email address, your information will be hosted within our email client (gmail). We use the Google tools found as part of G-Suite. You can also find out all about Google’s own privacy policies here and here

Access to your personal Data

Personal data of LAC and care leavers who are referred to use for life skills training is held securely in G Suite online and offline in password protected files. Which are digitally inaccessible, so no one can ever steal your information or your referee information.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer by getting in contact with us.
